Refund Policy 30 days.

At ALZESO we are committed to putting the satisfaction of our customers first. Therefore, we invest in always improving the quality of our products.

Even so, we are aware that the materials can become defective, and that there are temperature and physical factors that can act on the quality of the product. If our product did not work for you, you can request a refund of your money. We just have some pretty simple rules: 

1. That you have purchased ALZESO products directly from our online store.
2. You can request a refund 30 days after purchasing the products.
3. The limit to request a refund is 40 days after receiving the product.

The refund process is simple, just follow these steps: 

1. Send an email from our Contact Form.
2. We will schedule a video call of no more than 5 minutes, so that you help us understand how we can improve the product, or the shopping experience. 
3. You will receive your refund 4 to 6 business days after the call.
